According to the schedule of our university, Spring Sports Game of 2018 will be held on April 18th to 20th, the related work and classes during the Sports Game are arranged as follows:
1.There will be no lectures during the Sports Game. But in case of rainy days, students shall have classes as scheduled.
2. It is strictly prohibited to organizeany kinds of spring outings.
3.All the athletes shall prepare yourselves for the game, attend the game on time, and pay attention to your safeties.
4. Students who go to the opening ceremony of the Sports Game shall take the school bus to Weishui Campus as the announced time and location.
5. Students in Weishui Campus shall be seated in the assigned area 10 minutes ahead of each match. For details, please refer to the seating chart. Students in Benbu Campus can go to Weishui Campus to watch the matches voluntarily.
6. Students shall apply to and be approved by your supervisors for a personal leave with sufficient reasons. Those who asked for leave shall report back from leave on time.
7. In order to protect the life and property safety, students shall ensure safe electrical operation in dormitory area and be alert to fire, theft and fraud.
