I. Eligibility
1.Be a non-Chinese citizens;
2.Be friendly to China, have no criminal record, abide by the laws and regulations of China and the rules and regulations of Chang'an University;
3. Be in good physical and mental health,be in good academic and behavioral standing ;
4.Be aged between 16 and 45 years.

IV. Duration and Application Deadline

V. Application Procedure
1. Log in to Chang’an University International Education School online application system at https://is.chd.edu.cn, follow the system prompts, select Chang’an University “self-funded” program, and submit your application materials online.
2. After passing the preliminary review, pay the 400 RMB application fee on the system as required. The registration fee is non-refundable, regardless of whether you are admitted or not.
3. Once the application process completed. Students are required to pay attention to the application system and their registered email account for updates on the application progress and the review feedback.
Note: Applicants need to accurately fill in their email address, phone number, and mailing address. During the application period, applicants must reply to our emails in a timely manner. Applicants who fail to reply to emails in time or fail to provide additional materials as required within specified time will be considered as a waiver.
VI. Application Materials
If the applicant is in China, a valid residence permit is also required.
2. "Physical Examination Record for Foreigners".
Applicants should strictly follow the items required in the "Physical Examination Records for Foreigners" and fill them out in Chinese or English. The “Physical Examination Record for Foreigners” missing pages or without a photo or a cross-page seal on it, or without a signature of physician or seal from hospital is invalid. Whereas the inspection results are valid in 6 months, applicants are requested to determine the time of their medical examination accordingly.
3. Valid non-criminal record certificate. If the applicant is already in China, she/he can only provide performance letter or Non-objection certificate from current university.
Note: Chinese or English translation copy is mandatory if original file is not in Chinese/English/French/Spanish.
VII. Admission Notification
1. The school issues "Admission Notice" and "Visa Application Form for Foreign Students to China" (JW202/DQ) to the students admitted for the purpose of applying for study visa in China. Those without X1/X2 visa will not be allowed to register.
2. Applicants need to accurately fill in their email address, phone number, and mailing address that are used to receive the JW202/DQ form.
