我校2021年寒假安排已出，根据疫情防控需要及我院实际情况，现将具体安排通知如下：
1.放假时间：间
学生自2021年1月9日开始放假。2021年3月1日开始上课。
2.新学期报到注册：
中国境内国际学生于2月25、26日进行注册报到；
中国境外国际学生暂不返校，具体报到时间另行安排。
3.签证办理：办理
寒假期间不办理居留许可（签证）延期手续，如有需要，请于放假前（2021年1月9日）办理。
假期安全提醒：
1.假期期间，国际学生非必要不出西安市，确有特殊原因必须外出者，须严格履行请假手续;
2.校内居住的国际学生，离校后，2021年2月22日前不可申请返校。返校需提前向班主任提出申请，并根据相关防疫政策执行；
3.校外居住的国际学生，离校后，报到注册（2021年2月25日）前不可进入校园。
4.中国境外国际学生不得返回中国。请做好居家防护，待在本地，保持通讯通畅，定期与班主任老师沟通情况；
5.请合理规划假期，并于2021年1月5日前扫码填写《寒假出行意向问表》;
6.所有同学请于每天14:00前填写并提交“每日健康报告”，若有任何异常情况及时告知班主任老师.
7.请做好防护，避免到人员密集区，不容留他人, 出入公共场所自觉佩戴口罩；
8.请注意公寓用水、用电安全，保证人走电断，谨防触电等事故发生；
9.遵守相关法律法规，不组织或参与违法犯罪活动；
10.注意交通安全，遵守交通法规。不得无照驾驶；
11. 如有问题，请及时联系值班老师。

The Winter Holiday of 2021 will begin. Considering pandemic prevention and precautions, we would like to inform you of the arrangements and important regulations as follows:
1.Duration

The holiday will start from Jan. 9th, 2021. The classes will start from Mar. 1st，2021.
2.Registration Time：.Registration
The registration date and process for international students who are in China of next semester will be Feb.25th, and Feb.26th；
Overseas international students are not allowed to return to China. Please wait for further notice.
3. Visa Application：3.Visa Application
The Residence Permit (visa) extension service wil not be offered during the winter holiday， so those whose Residence Permit (visa) will expire during the holiday, should extend the Residence Permit (visa) before Jan. 9th，2021.
Safety Tips：
1.During the winter holidays, international students are not allowed to go out of Xi’an without permission, and those who have to go out for emergency must contact advisors in advance;
2.For those who live in-campus， it is not allowed to come back to campus before Feb. 22nd after travelling to other cities. Please apply for permission from your advisor and abide to the related epidemic prevention policy when you apply for entering campus；
3.For those who live off-campus， it is not allowed to enter to campus after leaving before Feb. 25th.
4.Overseas international students are not allowed to return to China. Please follow local epidemic preventive guidelines, stay in the local, and ensure your contacts are available，communicate with your advisors regularly;
5.Please plan the vacation properly.Also please scan the QR code and finish the Winter Vacation Plan Questionnaire before Jan. 5th, 2021；
6.Please submit your Daily Health Report before 14:00 everyday，and report to your advisors if there is any problems；
7.Please do self-protection，and avoid unnecessary going out; Do not gather and accommodate people from other cities; Please wear mask when you go to public places；
8.Use all the appliances and kitchen wares in the advised right way, turn off the power after you leave; don’t get electric shock or other incidents happen.
9.Abide by regulations and laws， do not organize or involve in illegal activities;
10.Abide by traffic regulations and laws. Do not drive without a vaild license;
